The Board of Directors meet once a month and all members are welcome to attend.  Meetings are held at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 2124 Viola Rd NE, Rochester, MN 55906 from 6:30pm to 9pm, unless otherwise noted. 

An open comment period is available to members.  Please submit a request to the President for time on the agenda at [email protected] Requests must be made 2 business days prior to the board meeting, and members will have 3 minutes to address the board.
